It was just a fine choice for a short layover in Bristol with outstanding value. A lovely staff member even sent up some tea and snacks when I wasn't feeling well. Try to take advantage of their personal service when needed.

Our recent stay was a treat! The reception staff greeted us with warmth, and our Deluxe Double Room was comfortable. Don't miss the cozy on-site restaurant, where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with local flavors. Pro tip, book a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

The hotel has a well-stocked room with lovely toiletries and everything I needed. The comfortable double bed made for a great night's sleep. the outdated decor was a bit disappointing compared to the photos online. I would definitely choose this place again!

our stay was amazin! the staff were super friendly n helpful, especially gege at reception who upgraded our room after we mentioned the bed was too firm. the location was also perfect, so close to the shops! our deluxe double room was nice n clean, with comfy beds n pillows that made our sleep great! overall, we were really happy with the level of service.

the only downside was that the air con didn't work well an it got a bit too warm for us. also, the parking situation was kinda confusing, had to park next door.

The room had a stunning view of the park, and the cozy lounge with free snacks made our stay special.

We had a blast here! The location was perfect, not far from the city center. Breakfast was top-notch, especially the eggs cooked to order! Rooms were decent but super hot at times. WiFi was a bit of a hassle since you had to sign up. really enjoyable!

For us it was ideal.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to major attractions, while the breakfast is a great value with a variety of options, including delicious bacon. Unfortunately, the hotel shows significant signs of age, with tired facilities and noisy air conditioning that hampers sleep quality. the soundproofing is poor, making for a disruptive night when other guests are loud in the corridors.
